Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
A handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
Store credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. ZA ZEWELZ reserves the right to refuse returns in unsatisfactory condition.
Items purchased at a discounted price, including all sale items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. All sale items are final sale.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for store credit, returned items must:
• Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Include all original packaging, tags, pouches, boxes, and protective materials
• Be free from signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume, cosmetics, or misuse
• Include the packing slip provided with your return authorization
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale and discounted items
• Mystery Boxes and Mystery Items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items returned outside the 14-day return window
Store Credit & Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase and, once approved, store credit will be issued to your account for future use. You may then place a new order for your preferred item, subject to availability.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
Store credit is applied directly to your account at zazewelz.com and may be used toward any future purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How to Initiate a Return or Store Credit
FOR US BASED CLIENTS
STEP 1
Log in to your account. Visit zazewelz.com/account and sign in with the email address
associated with your order.
STEP 2
Find the relevant order and select Request a Return. Enter the item condition and your reason for return.
STEP 3
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label and packing slip.
STEP 4
Wrap all items in their original protective packaging. Affix the return label to a sturdy outer box and include the packing slip inside. Drop off with the designated carrier.
STEP 5
Once your return is sent back and meets the required conditions, we’ll begin preparing your store credit. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Returns sent without the original packing slip may delay processing. Please retain your tracking number until your return has been confirmed.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
STEP 1
Log in to your account. Visit zazewelz.com/account and sign in with the email address associated with your order.
STEP 2
Find the relevant order and select Request a Return. Enter the item condition and your reason for return.
STEP 3
Once your request is approved, Pack items carefully with all original packaging. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
STEP 4
Ship your return using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email your tracking number of return shipment so we can monitor delivery.
STEP 5
Once your return is sent back and meets the required conditions, we’ll begin processing. Store credit is typically issued within 3–5 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse.

Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change at any time. We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Back-Ordered Items
Back-ordered items are currently out of stock but available to order. Fulfillment may take up to 12 weeks from the date of purchase. Payment is collected at the time of order. Your item will ship as soon as it becomes available, and you will be notified by email.
