For US: Taxes are applied at checkout according to state of the shipping address.
Outside USA: There maybe taxes , foreing transaction fees by banks and duties incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note, ZA ZEWELZ do not have knowledge of these fees and costs as they vary by country. For details, please contact your local customs office.
Please keep in mind, these fees and duties will not be reimburdsed by ZA ZEWELZ.
Login to your ZA ZEWELZ account and under your orders, review your order status. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will also receive tracking number via your email.
Shipping
Shipping time varies by country and are approximate. The. Shipping fee is charged based on subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable. Shipping times are indicated below by country.
We ship all over USA. We also do international shipping but will have separate shipping charges.

Exchanges & Returns
We process your return within 7 business days once we receive it. Please note we issue a refund only to same payment method you used in your original transaction.
For returns, $10 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
Sale items, Mystery Boxes/items, are final sales and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- To request a return, please visit https://zazewelz.com/account
- Enter your order number and email address associated with the order.
- Locate the item you would like to return and select Request a Return.
- Please indicate the item(s) condition and reason for your return.
- You will receive emails to update you on the status of your return request.
- Once the request is accepted, you will be able to print the return shipping label and packing slip.
- Pack all item(s) in their original condition, in protective plastic or tissue paper.
- Affix the shipping label to to the outside of a sturdy box that is free of markings, and please ensure to include the packing slip with your return or it may delay processing.
- Once your return has been administered, please allow up two (2) weeks for processing.
A refund will be reflected on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days.

Items that are currently out of stock, but are available to order and may take up to 12 weeks to ship. You will be charged at the time of purchase. As soon as the item is back in stock, we will ship it out to you.

We do not recommend swimming or showering while wearing your jewellery. Soapy water, Chlorine from salt water and fresh water, liquids and oil can damage precious metals and gemstones, eroding their shine and can also discolor them.
